Days in which A can do is 60/100×15=9days
together A and B can do in 5 days
therefore B can do the whole work in 4 days
answer is 4

I don't know if this method is correct or not but just giving a try
A does 60% work in 15 days
60/15=4% work per day
now for the remaining 40 % work both contribute so as A does 4% work in one day
so for 5 days 5*4% =20% work
remaining work(done by B)= 100- 60 -20
=20 %
Now this is again divided in 5 days
so 20/5 = 4% work per day
so for B to complete 100 % work alone
100/4= 25 days
