Answer:

C. 12.5 minutes

Step-by-step explanation:

cat is 25 leaps away from dog

If in every minute, the dog makes 5 leaps and the cat makes 6 leaps

one leap of the dog is equal to 2 leaps of the cat

=> cat makes 6/2 = 3 Leaps

=> for Every one minute  Dog makes 5 leaps & cat Makes 3 Leaps

=> foe Every one minute Dog covers = 5 - 3 = 2 Leaps

2 Leaps are covered  by dog in 1 Min

=> 1 Leap is covered  by dog in 1/2 Mins

=>25 Leaps are covered  by dog in 25/2 = 12.5  Mins
