area = cost / rate = 997.92 / 4 = 249.48 m^2

surface area = 2 * 22 / 7 * r^2
249.48 /2 = 22/7 * r^2
124.74 = 22 / 7 * r^2
124.74 * 7 = 22 r^2
873.18 = 22 r^2
r^2 = 873.18 / 22
r = 6.3 m

volume = 2/3 * 22/7 * 6.3 * 6.3 * 6.3
= 5239.08 m3

therefore volume of air that can be occupied in the hemisphereical dome= 5239.08 m^3
