the area of wall= l×b
=6.5×3.5
=22.75m²
the area of the door=l×b
=3.5×2.5
=8.75m²
the area to be white washed = area of wall- area of door
=22.75-8.75
=14m²
hence the rate = 14×15
=210 rupees..
