first we need to find the area of both the rectangles

length and breadth of door = 4m and 3m
length and breadth of the wall = 16m and 23.9m
area of both=
4×3-16×13.9
12m square and 222.4
222.4 - 12
=210.4m square

Goyalaryan59: continuation = rate = 20 ruppees per m so 210.4 × 20 = 4208 ruppees

hey bro your solution is...
length and breadth of door = 3m and 4 m
length and breadth of the wall = 10 m 23 m 9 cm
(13.9×6 ) - ( 4×3 )
= 222.4-12
= 210.4 m

the rate of whitewashing the wall at rate of rupees 20 square m = 210.4 × 20
= rupees 4,208 answer
