ANSWER:

____________________________

Length of the door =5m

Breadth of the door =2m

We will first find the area of the door and also the area of the wall respectively.

So,

area \: of \: the \: door = l \times b.......(where \: l = length \:  = 5m \: b = breadth = 2m)
area \: of \: the \: door = 5 \times 2 = 10 {m}^{2}  \\
____________________________

Length of the wall=6.5m

Breadth of the wall =4.5m

Now,

area \: of \: the \: wall = l \times b.....(where \: l = length = 6.5m \: and \: b = breadth = 4.5m)

area \: of \: the \: wall = (6.5 \times 4.5)m = 29.25 {m}^{2}

So , area of wall to wash,

 = 29.5 - 2 = 27.5 {m}^{2}  \\

So, the rate of white washing

=27.5×50
=Rs 1,375.

\huge\underline{\bold{\red{Answer\::}}}

\textbf{length of door = 5m}

\textbf{breadth of door = 2m}

\textbf{Area of door = l x b}

\textbf{5 x 2 = 10} {m}^{2}

\textbf{length of wall = 6.5m}

\textbf{breadth of wall = 4.5m}

\textbf{Area of wall = l x b}

\textbf{4.5 x 6.5 = 29.25} {m}^{2}

Now...

\textbf{Area for whitewashing = 29.25 - 10}

[Area of wall - Area of door]

= \textbf{19.25} {m}^{2}

\textbf{Rate of Whitewashing the wall is} \textbf{Rs. 50}

So...

\textbf{19.25\:times\:50}

\textbf{\red{962.5\:Rs.}}
