Breadth of the door = 3 m

Area of the door = L×B

= 4m×3m

= 12 m sq

Area of the wall = 15.4m ×13.6m

= 209.44

Area of the remaining wall = 209.44 - 12 m

= 197.44

Cost of wash painting it = 197.44 × 20

=3948.80
