Inside Diameter = 4.5cm

(r)Inside Radius = 2.25cm

Outside Diameter = 5.1cm

(R)Outside Radius = 2.55cm

Volume Required = Outer volume - inner volume

Vol req = \piR^2h -  \pir^2h

            =  \pih(R^2 - r^2)

            = 22/7 x 21 x ( 6.5025 - 5.0625 )

            = 22 x 3 x 1.44

            = 66 x 1.44

            = 95.04cm^3
