Oxygen Cycle and its replenishment is described below :
1. Through the process of respiration, the animals take in oxygen and then releases CO2.
2. Then the plants uses this CO2 released by plants to perform photosynthesis.
3. Oxygen is released by plants which is formed as the by-product of process of photosynthesis.
4. Again when the dead plants and animals are decayed, then CO2 is released.
5. The plants again utilizes CO2 and then releases out O2. This way the cycle goes on.
(b) The replenishment occurs by photosynthesis process.
