Nucleosome.

Explanation: Histones are the alkaline proteins which are present in the nuclei of eukaryotic cell that helps in packaging the DNA into structural units which can be called as Nucleosomes. It helps in binding the chromatin material together.It helps in gene regulation.

Histones possess high amount of histidine and arginine amino acid and hence they also have a positve charge. Due to this reason, histones are able to bind to the DNA which is negatively charged.
