Given : PQ = 5 cm and PS = 6 cm

To Find :  Construct rectangle PQRS

Solution:

Step 1 : draw  a line segment PQ = 5 cm

Step 2 : Draw a right angle at P on PQ using setsquare/protractor

Step 3 : Take a length of 6 cm from P on angle drawn and mark as S

Step 4 : Using Compass width = 5 cm and taking S as center draw an arc

Step 5 : Using compass width = 6 cm and taking Q as center draw an arc such that it intersect arc drawn in previous step at R
