Given:-

  • Force ,F = 10 N

  • Area ,A = 180 cm² = 0.018m²

To Find:-

  • Pressure ,P

Solution:-

As we know that Pressure is defined as the Force per unit area.

• P = F/A

Where,

P is the Pressure

F is the Force

A is the Area

Substitute the value we get

→ P = 10/0.018

→ P = 555.55 Pa

Therefore, the pressure exerted by the pin is 555.55 Pascal.

Answer:

Given :-

Force (F) = 10 N

Area (A) =180 cm

To Find :-

Pressure (P)

Solution :-

As we know that

P = F/A

Here,

P = Pressure

F = Force

A = Area

P = 10/0.018

P = 55.555 Pa

Learn more :-

  • Pascal is the unit of pressure
  • Newton is the unit of force
