first card can be any thing. second has to be of the same suite.
A gets cards of same suite in draws = 1 * 13/52 = 1/4
outcomes totaling 6 are : 1 + 5, 2+4, 3+3, 4+2, 5+1
probability = 5 / 36
answer is product of the above two probabilities, as they are independent events.

when A draws 2 cards with replacement:
prob. of getting both of same suit=13/52 *13/52=1/16
(because each suit contains 13 cards,trick-when it is 'and' we should multiply their probabilities,here card-a 'and' card-b)
in 2nd case:
total outcomes=36
favourable outcomes=5(5+1,2+4,3+3,1+5,4+2)
prob.=5/36
