HEYA!
---------

Initial velocity u, = 60 km/hr

 = 60 \times \frac{5}{18} = \frac{300}{18} = 16.6ms {}^{ - 1}
Final velocity v = 80 km/hr

 = 80 \times \frac{5}{18} \\ \\ = 22.2ms {}^{ - 1}

Now , using the formula ,

a = \frac{v - u}{t}

a = \frac{22.2 - 16.6}{5} \\ \\ = \frac{ 5.6}{5} = \frac{ 56}{50} \\ \\ = 1.12ms {}^{ - 2}

Saees: Ur answer is wrong
DevilDoll12: how ?
Saees: U = 80 , v=60 now putting the formulae a=v-u/t. A= 80-60=20. A=-20m/s
DevilDoll12: the speeds are in km/hr . so first you need to change them into m/s .
DevilDoll12: it's not always that direct!!
