V = 10M/S
U = 25M/S
T = 5Sec
A = ?
According to the 1st Formula of Motion
V= U+AT
10 = 25+A×5
10 = 25+5A
10-25 = 5A
-15 = 5A
A = -15/3
A = -5M/Sec²
Here the Velocity Is Decreasing So, Retardation Will Happen
Retardation = -5M/Sec ²

HERE'S THE ANSWER..
_____________________________
♠️ We'll denote the following data
⏺️ Initial velocity ( u ) = 25 m / s
⏺️ Final velocity ( v ) = 10 m / s
⏺️time ( t ) = 5 second
⏺️ Acceleration ( a ) = ?
▶️ We know Acceleration is change in velocity with respect to time , i.e
✔️ Acceleration = ( Final velocity - initial velocity ) / time
=> a = ( v - u ) / t
=> a = ( 10 - 25 ) / 5
=> a = - 15 / 5
=> ✔️✔️
♠️ Here's Acceleration is negative because car is decreasing it's speed or it is Retarding
