a driver decreases the speed of a car from 90km/h to 10 km/h in 5 seconds.find the acceleration.

here, initial velocity,u is 90km/h, final velocity,v is 10km/h and time is 5s so by putting these values in v=u+at, we get:
10=90+a×5
=-80 = a5
=a=-16

so the acceleration will be of -16.
