then distance travelled = 62×t

then the first driver has taken t+ 11/2 hours

distance travelled by him = 55×(t+11/2)

62t = 55(t + 11/2)

62t -55t = 55×11/2

7t = 55×11/2

t = 55×11/(2×7) = 43.21 hours
