A  full bucket can have 7/2  litres water

To Find : how many times does the boy get the water using full buckets

Solution:

A bucket has 3 1/2  litres  water

Let  boy takes water n times

Then total water taken  = n (7/2)  = 7n/2    litres

Total water = 210   litres

Equate both  7n/2  = 210

=> n/2  = 30

=> n = 60

Hence 60 times
