First Of All It's An Acid Because This Property of Changing Blue Litmus Paper to Red shows Only Acid..


And Second Thing If it Is Colourless So What I can Predict that it May Be

Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) or Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4)

If the litmus paper turns blue to red then it is acid.
