the ink diffuses faster than water because the ink has very small particles in it and it occupies space in between the molecules of water but honey is more denser than water and its Viscosity is more than water.thats why ink diffuses faster than honey

Explanation:

Viscosity is a property which makes a fluid to resist the flow. Whereas a drop of ink is able to flow easily.

Therefore, when a drop of ink is added to water then ink disperses into the water because particles of ink are very small. Due to this they spread in water easily.

Whereas particles of honey are not very small as compared to ink, therefore, they did not disperse into water.
