Soap solution being alkaline in nature turns red litmus solution into blue.

Though mild base, sodium carbonate is also alkaline and turns red litmus blue.

Vinegar is an acid and thus it turns blue litmus solution red.

Lemon juice too is comprised of citric acid and thus turns blue litmus red.
