A drum of kerosene is 3/4 full. When 30 litre of kerosene is drawn from it, it remains 7/12 full. Find the capacity of drum

ATQ
(3x/4)-30=(7x/12)
(3x-120)/4=(7x/12)
(3x-120)12=28x
36x-1440=28x
36x-28x=1440
8x=1440
x=180
total capacity=180 litres
