the drum of oil is filled = 3/4 = 9/12
after taking out 30 litres oil, remaining oil = 7/12
so, 30 litres of oil = 9/12 - 7/12
= 2/12 = 1/6
let the capacity of drum be x, then
x/6 = 30
=) x = 30*6 = 180 litres
