        A dull and apathetic person is a person without any feelings or with suppression of feeling, emotion or any concern with anything or anybody. A dull and apathetic person acts like a zombie and behaves like a heartless and affectionless person.

        He/she is flat, sluggish, insensible or dull without any interest or passion in anything. They do not value anything and lacks meaning, purpose or worth of their life.
