Answer:

total surface area = area of base of dustbin + area of the hemispherical depression + curved surface area of cylindrical part

πr² + 2πrh +3πr²

= 2πr ( h + 2r )

= 2 × 22/7 × 0.6 ( 2 + 2×0.6)

= 12.063 m²
