we know H = I^2 R T
implies,
H/T = I^2 R
therefore in the question it is given that,
I = 15 A and R = 8 ohm
therefore
H/T = 15 X 15 X 8
therefore
H/T = 1800 joules
therefore the amount of heat developed in the heater is 1800 joules
