a) when white light is passed through a glass prism is splits into it spectrum of colour (in order violet,indigo, blue, green,yellow, orange and red) and this process of white light splitting into its constituent colours in termed as dispersion.

b) unlike organ donation, corneans can be recovered several hours after dead and can be stored. A corneal transplant can be performed within 3-5 days after donation. the white part of the eye is called the sclera and that can be donated as well. the sclera can be used in operation to rebuild the eye.
