(a) The phenomena of multiple allelism is when a gene contains three alleles in a population.Example- ABO blood group of human contains three allele i.e, Iᵃ ,Iᵇ and i .

The phenomena of co-dominance is when two allele expressed co-dominantly .Example-ABO blood group of human ,when Iᵃ and Iᵇ comes together they express them co-dominantly with forming blood group AB.

(b) The phenotype of the following are:

(i) Iᵃi - A blood group.

(ii) ii - O blood group.
