Solution:

Let say  N = $0.12\overline{54}$  

Multiplying both sides with 100

=> 100N  =  $12.\overline{54}$      Eq1

Multiplying again with 100 on both sides

=> 10000N = $1254.\overline{54}$    Eq2

Eq2 - Eq1

=> 9900N  =  1242

=> N = 1242/9900

=> N = 207/1650

=> N = 69/550

$0.12\overline{54}$   = 69/550

0.1254545454......   = 69/550
