To Find :   which option is correct

Solution:

a zero of the polynomial f(x),   is the value of  x at which f(x) becomes zero

if a is the zero of the polynomial

=> f(a) = 0

substitute x = a  in f(x) and result will be zero

=> ( x - a) is a factor of f(x)  

option c is correct

f(a) = o if  a  is  zero of the polynomial f(x)
