Given :-

Original production of machine :- 80000

Production after the changes :- 92610

To Find :-

Rate of growth of the production of machine

Formula required :-

{\large \tt \dashrightarrow \orange{\boxed {\tt \gray{\dfrac{Number \: of \: value \: changed}{Original \: value} \times 100}}}}

Solution :-

First, we should find the value of production changed in numerical format by subtracting the production after change and original value

Number of value changed :-

{\tt \longrightarrow 92610 - 80000}

{\tt \longrightarrow 12610 \sf \: \: machines}

Rate of the value changed :-

{\tt \longrightarrow \dfrac{12610}{80000} \times 100}

{\tt \longrightarrow \dfrac{12610}{\cancel{80000}} \times \cancel{100} = \dfrac{12610}{800}}

{\tt \longrightarrow \cancel \dfrac{12610}{800} = \boxed{\tt 15.7 \bf\%}}

\Huge\therefore The rate of growth in production of machines is 15.7 {\bf\%}.
