No. of chocolate in each box = 48
No. of boxes = 243
No. of chocolate in 243 boxes = 243 × 48 = 11664
No. of chocolate they already have = 10000
No. of chocolate required = 11664 - 10000 = 1664

Therefore , factory need 11664 chocolate to pack them in 243 boxes.
