first we have to find increased numbers of cars i.e. 1850--1200=650

to get uniform rate of increasing just divide numbers of increased cars by number of years as its given that it is uniform every year..

so uniform rate of increasing is. 650/5=130

so factory increases 130 cars of production every year..
