1) If you are asking marriage couples, then C and A
If you are asking brother sister also, then B and D

2) A(mother) and D(daughter), 2

C is father (not mother)
B is son (given)
A and C are married
Hence,
A is mother
E is brother of C
Hence,
E is brother of father
D is daughter of A
Means A is daughter
F is brother of A
means
F is brother of mother

Answer -

1) A and C is the only one married couple is there in the family.

2) A and D are two female members are there in the family.

Explanation -

B is the son of C but C is not mother of B.

Means - B is son and C is Father .

It's given in the question that A and C are married couple. and D is daughter of A .

So, A is Mother and C is Father. (One married couple)

B is son and D is daughter of A and C.

E is the brother of C. F is the brother of A.

E and F, both are male members and brothers of C and A respectively.

So, There are only 2 female members who are Mother and daughter - A and D.

Hence :

One married couple is A and C

Female members are 2 - A and D.
