A family of 5 person can be maintained for 20 days with rs 2480 find how long will rs 6944 maintain a family of 8 persons

cost per membef per day = 2480÷(20 × 5)= 24.8
cost of 8 members a day = 8 ×24.8 =198.4

days = 6944÷198.4= 35 days
