for 1 ppl sugar ration = 6400/8
 \frac{6400}{8}  = 800
for 10 ppl

If the sugar ration of 8 people is 6400, then the sugar ration of 1 person
=6400/8
=800 grams 
=> sugar ration for 10 people = 10 X 800 grams
                                               = 8000 grams
                                                i.e. 8 kg
