Answer:

A family of quadrilaterals visited my house. Each had different number of sides, but all had more than or 4 sides. They introduced themselves as rectangle, pentagon, hexagon, septagon and so on. They were very nice, and taught me a great deal about geometry.

Quadrilateral, trapezium, parallelogram, rhombus, rectangle and square.

Step-by-step explanation:

1. One day a family of quadrilaterals visited to my house.

2. I was very surprised to see that every members have four sides which is property of quadrilaterals.

3. One member have one pair of opposite sides are parallel and while other pair are nonparallel and its name was Trapezium.

4. Second member have one pair of opposite sides are parallel and while other pair are also parallel and its name was Parallelogram.

5. Third member have one pair of opposite sides are parallel and while other pair are also parallel and but it look different from parallelogram because its all four sides are equal. its name was Rhombus.

6. Fourth member have one pair of opposite sides are parallel and while other pair are also parallel. But angle between two consecutive sides is 90°. Its name was Rectangle.

7. Fifth member have one pair of opposite sides are parallel and while other pair are also parallel, angle between two consecutive sides is 90°.

But  it look different from rectangle because its all four sides are equal. Its name was Square.
