in my view the doctor is not following certain proffessional norms
refusing to treat a patient on his /her financial status is wrong.
when doctor start a course he/she should be available to every one.
if the gifts are given to him/her by the company choice its acceptable.
if he demands them he is at fault.
he is voilating ethical values.
