HEY HERE IS YOUR ANSWER ☺☺☺☺

SP of fan = ₹650
Let CP be x
Then profit = x/4

SP = CP + profit
650 = x + x/4
650 = 4x + x/4
650 = 5x/4
650×4/5 = x
130 × 4 = x
520 = x

₹520 = CP of fan
profit = 520/4 = ₹130

Profit % = Profit /CP ×100%
 \frac{130}{520} \times 100 \%\\ \\ \frac{13}{52} \times 100\% \\ \\ \frac{1}{4} \times 100\% \\ \\25\%
Profit % = 25%

HOPE IT HELPS ☺☺☺☺

gain earned = 1/4 of sp

1/4 × 650

if gain is 162.5 , then gain percent

gain / cp × 100%

162.5/ 650× 100
