given,

Principal of farmer = Rs. 8000

Rate = 10%

Time = 5 years

SI = PRT/100

=> 8000×10×5/100

=> 80×50

=> 400

Amount that farmer have to pay after 5 years is = (8000+400) = Rs 8400

Ans :-

The farmer have to pay 8400 after 5 years
