It is a problem of inverse unitary method.

First,1 farmer can plough 1 farm in 10 days

Then,5 farmers can plough 1 farm in 10/5 days

Then,5 farmers can plough 10 farms in(10/5×10)days which is equal to 20 days.

Therefore,5 farmers can plough 10 farms in 20 days by working 5 hours a day.
