Hello.....!!

1)This is a common practice done by many of the Indian Farmers......

2)Farmers grow cotton plants with ground nut plants just not to have profit but also some other reasons.

3)Ground nuts are considered to be from the lugiminous plants.

4)Lugiminous plants have nitrogen fixing bacteria in their root nodules.

5)The bacteria like rhizobium and nostoc etc. help in fixing nitrogen to the soil.

6)Nitrogen is much needed for the plants or grow well.

7)In this symbiosis the soil get fertile and hence the plants grow well.

8) In this way the farmers are benefitted naturally by not only getting extra profit but also a good yield....

Hope this helps you.....!!
