The agricultural productivity is heavily dependent on the harvesting land and it's fertility and other characteristics of it.

Due to the constant harvesting the natural fertility and the soil nutrients decreased than it's natural composition.

That's why the yield became low and will become even lower in the coming years ,if the farmer doesn't take any necessary action for the soil treatment.
