A farmer has a field that is in a shape of trapezium. He measures the field so he can work out the area l. He puts his measurements on this diagram on the field . The field produces 6400 kilogrammes of wheat per hectare. One hectare is 10000m squared. Work out how many kilogrammes of wheat the field produces?

Area of rectangle = Length × breadth__________________

Given,

120 = 15 × Breadth

120/15 = breadth

8m = breadth _________________

Perimeter of rectangle =2(length +breadth)____________

Perimeter = 2(15 + 8) 

Perimeter = 2 × 23 

Perimeter = 46 m
