water drum capacity- 123 l 165 ml
pumped water-             66 l 375 ml

to know how much more water can be pumped subtract

 123 l 165 ml
-  66 l  375 ml
=  61 l 790 ml

he can pump 61 l 790 ml of water more to make the drum full
