A farmer can feed 50 cattle in 10 weeks.

He can feed 1 cattle for 50×10 weeks

[He will feed that one cattle for a longer period of time.]

Now he sells ten cattle.

Cattle left =50−10=40

Hence food will last for :(50×10)40

=504

=12.5 weeks.

The food will last for more time, that is 12.5 weeks.
