if the farmer go 10 m in 40s he will go in 2min 20 s
=1min =60s,=2min =120s +20s =140
if he go 10 m in 40 s
he will go in 140s
=(140÷10)
=14 m answer

hloo frnd and your answer is as follows......
The farmer covers a distance 10m in 40 seconds. It is a square field and all the sides are equal.
By applying unitary method
In 40 seconds distance covered is 10m
In 140 seconds distance covered will be 10 into 140/40=35m.
Displacement=5m
hope it helps u.. ☺
