farmer completes one revolution of square field in 40sec,.so.... no. of revolution completed in 40s=1. no. of revolution completed in 1s=1/40. no of revolution completed in 140s(2min20s)=1/40×140. == 3.5. by pythagorus theorem = hy²=b²+p². hy²=100+100. hy=√200. hy = 14.14m ans.
