if we take the parents  as , TTRR                                                      ttrr
                       Gamets are    TR  TR                                                tr  tr

F1 ----->    TR         TR
           tr      TtRr      TtRr
           tr      TtRr      TtRr
SO the phenotype wud be "ALL TALL AND ROUND"----------> 100% result

For the F2 progeny , gamets are   :  TR  Tr  tR  tr

F2----->       TR          Tr            tR          tr
       TR      TTRR     TTRr     TtRR       TtRr
       Tr       TTRr       TTrr      TtRR      Ttrr
       tR       TtRR       TtRr       ttRR      ttRr
       tr         TtRr        Ttrr        ttRr       ttrr

So, the phenotype : 9:3:3:1
                                     9---Tall and Round
                                     3---Tall and wrinkled
                                     3---balled and Round
                                     1---balled and wrinkled
Here the % of Tall and Round would be  \frac{9}{16} X100= 56.25%

So, he won't get 90% results if he goes for F2 progeny.
