Fertilisers are made from chemicals . These chemicals are harmful and are used to kill organisms which harms the crops . They also kill the good organisms like decomposers in the soil. Thus they are harmful.Fertilisers are washed off to the adjacent pond when the plants are given water. So the chemicals in the fertilisers kill the fishes.
